Pet Overview: Dogs & cats are welcome at our community. Pet residents must obtain proper pet licensing as required by applicable city and/or California Law. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. A maximum of two (2) pets is allowed per apartment, with a combined maximum weight of 75 pounds total. Pets must be leashed throughout the common areas at all times.
Pet Fees and Pet Rent: $500 deposit for dogs and $250 deposit for cats. $75 rent per month per pet.
Support Animals: If the animal is a service animal for a disabled person, pet deposits are not necessary & breed restrictions do not apply. A signed Letter Regarding Support Animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses (if legally applicable) is required. A service animal is “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.” This explicitly does not apply to emotional support animals. See 28 C.F.R. §§ 35.104, 36.104, 35.136(i).
Breed Restrictions: We welcome most breeds of dogs, some restrictions apply but no breed restrictions apply to service animals. Please contact our management office for more details.
